What is an Open gym?

Our Open Gym gives all members the freedom to train at their own pace and use the full range of facilities throughout the day. With every membership, you’ll have all-day access to our weights area, training equipment, and general gym spaces. There is no structured class during this time – simply drop in whenever it suits you and enjoy a flexible, self-directed training session
