Our Classes
MMA Classes
Our main MMA sessions focus on developing well-rounded martial arts ability. You’ll train in both striking and grappling, learn transitions between ranges, and apply techniques in controlled drills and partner work. Whether you’re training for competition or personal progression, these sessions offer a complete MMA training experience.
MMA Fundamentals
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen their base, this class breaks down core MMA movements, positions and techniques. You’ll learn proper execution, defensive skills and how to safely train with partners. A great starting point if you’re new, returning to training or looking to refine your foundation.
MMA Striking
This class focuses solely on stand-up techniques, blending elements of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai specifically for MMA. Expect pad work, footwork drills and technical striking combinations designed to improve timing, accuracy and power.
